Summer at WCDS is Bigger than Ever!

Hello from summertime!

As summer moves into full swing, we wanted to remind you of all the things WCDS is offering over the next month. With ever-changing guidelines and regulations updated sometimes by the day, it’s a little tough to plan much more than that. But rest assured, when we know more, you’ll know more. So what’s on tap through June or officially scheduled all summer you ask? (Short answer: a lot!)

  • Summer Learning

WCDS Summer Camps

Signing up for WCDS Summer Camps is easier than ever! Simply head to wcdsedu.com/summercamps to review our offerings, camp descriptions, and typical daily schedule. From there, click one of the ‘Virtual Registration’ tabs to be sent to our registration page, where you can quickly add a camp or camps to your cart and checkout just like any other online store. You will then receive a payment confirmation email and a follow-up camp email with Zoom IDs, passwords, material lists, and any other pertinent info for your chosen camp(s). Please note, for security purposes, you will receive one email for each camp in which you register.

*A quick tip* on the registration page, scroll down until you see ‘Filter Summer Activities’ on the righthand side of the page and choose your desired grade level to see only the available camps for that age group.

Most weeks, we have three camps per age group running a 30-minute live zoom + 30-minute offline activity schedule, so each camp takes approximately 60 minutes per day. Camps begin at 9:30 am. 11:00 am, and 12:00 pm. WCDS Summer Camps are open to all students from all schools nationwide. So if you have family or friends from other schools or out of the area, please share our offerings with them as well.

For more information on WCDS Summer Camps, please head to wcdsedu.com/summercamps or email summercamp@wcdsedu.com.
