I have nothing but happy memories of my time at Country Day. I wish that all children could have the opportunity to learn in such a creative and encouraging environment. Everyone who attended WCDS is better off for the experience."

“It isn’t everyday that there comes the opportunity to help build a school.”
-Virginia Heinlein, Head of School 1933–1965
That opportunity is ours today. Our founders and those that followed have worked passionately to improve and advance this school. Now it is our turn. By launching this Campaign for the Next Chapter, transforming our campus and enriching the education of our students, we are further developing the story of our school.
